Refund and Returns Policy

At The Renaissance Tour, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair and flexible as possible.

1. Cancellation by the Traveler:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour start date: Full refund minus a small processing fee (5% of the total booking amount).
• Cancellations made 15–29 days before the tour start date: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour start date: No refund will be provided.

2. Cancellation by The Renaissance Tour:
In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, minimum group size not met, etc.), travelers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour without penalty.

3. Refund Processing:
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original mode of payment.

4. Non-Refundable Services:
Certain services, such as flight tickets, visa fees, or special event tickets booked as part of the package, may be non-refundable. Details will be specified at the time of booking.

5. Travel Insurance Recommendation:
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
